YMP Real Estate Management Acquires New Tenants
YMP Real Estate Management scored three Florida government agencies as tenants at the Lakeshore Business Center in Fort Lauderdale. The Agency for Persons with Disabilities took 8,500 square feet, and the Department of Children and Families took 3,400 square feet at the building at 3125 West Commercial Boulevard, according to a release from YMP Real.
Office Locations
Florida’s Agency for Persons with Disabilities and the Department of Children and Families will open offices on the second floor of Building III at the Lakeshore Business Center office park. The state particularly liked Lakeshore Business Center’s proximity to highways, a broker said.
Award of Merit

- The Grand Court Lakes independent living facility in northern Miami-Dade County was sold for $11.5 million.
- Miami-based YMP Real Estate Management acquired an office park in the Cypress Creek area of Fort Lauderdale for $29.25 million.
- Morning Calm Management has sold Lakeshore Business Center, a 239,585-square-foot office park in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for $29.3 million to YMP Real Estate Management, according to Yardi Matrix. The seller initially acquired the four Class B buildings from NTS Development in November 2015 for $18.3 million.
Lakeshore Business Center, which consists of four office buildings in the Cypress Creek area of Fort Lauderdale, was sold for $29.25 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
